Mayor people can post a website and there's nothing I can do or you can do or any legal entity can do to stop the website. that's my understanding

Lawyer that's right... there is a possibility that some of the content ... I've have not looked at it lately... may rise to a level of libelous or slander but that's something [unintelligible]

Mayor The Garden Club has been advised and they're probably going to withdraw their name from it... the Business Association will do the same if they wish. the Individual that's doing it is just letting anyone post anything regardless of the language regardless of what said... I've read it, it's not pretty... but you know...

Mayor: inmendham.com is not mendhamnj.org and its different web address... and if someone comes up with Mendham whoareyou . org... we can't stop it unless they purport to be us... he's has not purporting to be us... it's a shadow website in it's basic definition... it's like publishing a book that says "the history of Mendham" and it isn't the history of mendham ... can you stop it ... as long as you don't libel somebody......... there are things said in the content that are questionable [to attorney] you may want to take a look it's in Mendham Dot com... it's pretty raunchy... you've got a valid point... I agree with you but I don't know if there's anything we can do about.it
