The Open Space Plan was prepared by the Open Space Committee and adopted by the Planning
Board on February 10, 2003. Copies are available at the Phoenix House from the Borough of
Mendham's Land Use Coordinator.
For the purposes of this Master Plan, this remains an effective element of the comprehensive
plan for Mendham Borough.
