The Fire Fox-IE ToolBar
If you're among the 90 percent of people using a compatible Web browser you should see a toolbar (green arrow) in the upper left-hand corner of this window. The toolbar now automatically displays on many Donotgo.com pages. The good news this toolbar provides easy access to some nice navigation and usability tools... The Great News is using firefox or internet explorer your can have this toolbar display on every web page you visit.
Installation Instructions For Firefox ... Internet Explorer

Game ThePage -- (only available on the installed version) This tool enables you to basically memory "game" the images on any web page. Very fast... Very unique... and useful when in a boring crisis.
NEW - Get Page -- (only available on the installed firefox version) This tool is presently just a shadow of what it will become (when I find enough time). Basically it fetches Web pages in their rawest form and attempts to display or "render" only the parts you want to view. Eventually, it should provide for much faster Web surfing but in its current underdeveloped form its not very practical or useful-- it does however provide an easy way to add images from some other page to the page your viewing. Click the link to open a dialogue box requesting a http address-- paste or type an address and the contents of that page will be incorporated into the page your viewing.
NEW - Select++|off -- Allows you to combine word or phrase selections. for example, select some text...click the "select++" link... then select some other text... and then select your desired function (search)-- to clear the selections saved click the "off" link.

* Allwords -- "select text and search". Clicking this link opens a new window initiating a search of the text/keywords selected.
* phrase -- "select text and search". Clicking this link opens a new window initiating an "exact phrase" search of the text selected.
MSN SEARCH -- "select text and search". Clicking this link opens a new window providing a form that allows you to adjust search preferences and than initiate a MSN search of the text/keywords selected.
Installation is pretty easy... If you don't yet have the grease monkey extention installed Go to this page Greasemonkey homepage and install the extension.
Next: If you already have greasemonkey installed just install (right-click this file and select install user script) this user-script. foxietoolbarvdng051129fo.user.js
After installation the toolbox should automatically appear. (sometime during the page loading process) on every page you view.
I will be offering different varieties of the toolbox as add-ons. If you wish to take advantage of this specialized functionality you will need to understand how greasemonkey and the greasemonkey Manager works (Firefox Menu Bar--Tools--Manage User Scripts) so you don't end up having more than one toolbox loading on the same page. Briefly it works something like this: You can install additional "user-scripts" by right clicking a userscript file and selecting Install User Script. To manage the user scripts you open the user script manager (Firefox Menu Bar--Tools--Manage User Scripts) and click on each "userscript" in the manager window, the "enabled" check box indicates whether the script is active or inactive-- just unselect the check box to disable the userscript-- don't click uninstall (unless thats what you want to do). Remember if you install more than one toolbox userscript you must dis-enable all but one-- so only ONE toolbox script loads in to webpages. See the Greasemonkey homepage for more details.

Full installation simulating firefox automatic injection: If you don't yet have the "Turnabout" IE plugin installed Go to this page reifysoft.com and install the plugin.
Next: or If you already have "Turnabout" installed just install (right-click this file and select Turnabout ...than, Install Script) one of these user-scripts.
foxie051129ied102.user.js - This script offers best performance by utilizing program graphics installed from your hard drive... this executable file ( foxieImg.exe ) will create the required image files on your hard drive (no spam of any kind)-- if you prefer to install them yourself you will need to create the directory C:\Program Files\Powercons\foxie\ on your hard drive and at minimum place the tool bar graphics in that directory.
foxie051129ied101.user.js - This script works, but not as efficiently as it uses icons stored on-line.
After installation the toolbar icon should automatically appear. (sometime during the page loading process) on every page you view.
Partial Installation: This Older version does not require the "Turnabout" plug in, but it also does not automatically inject the script... it provides instead a task bar icon that injects the script. (one advantage is that the tool bar can be injected before the page completely loads)
Installation is pretty simple-- Just download one of these .exe install files and "execute" it.
[foxie3.exe] only 200k. [updated: 4/30/05]
After installation you will have a new "right click" option when using Internet Explorer 5.0+ with the title FoxIe ToolBar. [Note: After installation you do not need to restart Internet Explorer, but you will need to open a new window to see the added Right click option.]
Also Installed is a Toolbar Icon: In Microsoft's rotten documentation they imply that a context menu add-on can't be installed as a toolbar option -- apparently it can. This makes for even easier access to the toolbox.
You might have to use the IE toolbar "customize" option (right click on a visible toolbar icon) to add and move the tool icon [FoxIe Toolbar] into a visible location.
