This was kind of a lazy ass show-- not that a few haven't been. It's basically a "rundown" of the Channel 8 public access schedule (actual programs not sports or advertisements). Because I used a few minutes of each show Patriot media is claiming I am violating copyright, and won't broadcast the show. I will do some negotiating with their lawyers, and I suspect they will see the copyrightlight, and realize that if this goes to court they will lose. In legal jargon there's a thing called "fair use" under copyright law and the Supreme Court has consistently found "prior restraint" of speech to be a First Amendment violation.
