Public comment question submitted for the November 6th meeting

The mayor and council, with the apparent approval of the council attorney, denied me any First Amendment "free-speech" opportunity to "respond" during the public comment/question portion of the October 16th meeting of the council--to Councilman Witczaks' comments of October 2nd.

I would inquire of the mayor and council through what perverse understanding of the United States Constitution do they claim justification for their actions of October 16th regarding the comments I submitted as "public comment"?

The council read the question, but provided no comment.

Here's how the Borough "reflected" my public comment in the official minutes of the meeting.

Gary Mosher, 147 Ironia Road, by way of a written statement submitted by e-mail, commented on the first amendment right of "free speech" and the United States Constitution. There were no
comments from the Council or the public.
