Kind of vulgar joke posts should at least be original.... or at least not redundant. This is about the fourth variation on the same grammar school theme so I think it probably should be the last.
Neither town provides any concise, common language, public information on the subject ...but I think there will be a 100 ft. tower built in both towns in the next couple of years. |

| It's funny, I realized that thing was a cell tower only a couple of months ago after living in town for 2 years. I thought it was some kind of bell tower -- part of daytop or something. Now I notice it from miles away if I'm driving into town from Chester. They did a pretty good job of disguising it --- not like one of those weird "trees" that's way taller than everything else around it. |

People just loooooooooooove to bitch about anything they can. In one breath, they complain about lousy cell phone coverage, in the next, they bitch about no cell tower in their backyard.

| But then you would have hundreds of Mommy's screaming about it, the radiation etc ,etc. And of course the board of ed would have to hire three more administrators to handle anything involved with the tower. About the only real possibilites to stop it would be a site plan for the entire shopping center, as there isn't enough parking by current standards, so removing spaces for this should require an entirely new site plan. Another long shot is that the shopping center is built on wetlands. Everything there went in before current standards, since this is new, it would have to get waivers I would think from the DEP etc. Either way, it is highly likely that it will happen. Progress, whether you like it or not. |
