It is plaintiff's claim that the Borough of Mendham, from February through June of 2001, did through deliberate deception steel some four months of WebMaster Services from the plaintiff. Plaintive also claims that the Borough of Mendham has committed repeated violations of the Open Public Records Act and has repeatedly violated plaintiff's Common Law civil right to fair access to public information held by the Borough of Mendham. More substantially, plaintiff claims, and believes the facts will prove, that these illegal acts were committed as deliberate acts of hostility and discrimination in violation of New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, in violation of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act, and in violation of defendants Common Law civil rights.
Plaintive seeks as remedy for the injustice done fair compensation for the destiny lost, for the investment in time and creativity stolen, and for the suffering endured. Plaintive also seeks, and believes justice demands, that the Borough of Mendham be required to pay a significant punitive penalty to deter the Borough of Mendham, and others, from seeing in future a riskless advantage in taking advantage of the disadvantaged.
